Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the sales and marketing of assigned products.
• Responsible for preparing the Sales Forecast/Budget for the product line.
• Responsible for developing aggressive sales strategy to achieve overall sales targets and objectives.
• Develop, plan and manage marketing communication strategies and campaigns to support sales.
• Manage overall project sales performance and ensure each sales executive meets individual sales targets.
• Responsible for managing and servicing major accounts, and maintaining a high level of sales achievement.
• Targeting new sales, create new accounts, and exploit new business opportunities for major market segments as well as develop and implement sales strategies.
• Develops sales from existing customer and source for new customers, assess market potential and evaluates sales records.
• Negotiates contracts and the best price possible.
• Participate in proposals for business development projects and tenders.
• Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge in assigned area of coverage, giving effective presentation.
• Follow up and monitor all sales enquiries and sales activities to close sales for the assigned products.
• Coach and guide the team members to carry out market research, monitor competitors activities and customer surveys.
• Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
• Maintain professional internal and external relationship that meet company core values.
• Promote company brand awareness.
• Lead the department to comply with ISO & GDPMD Intergrated Management System (IMS) requirements.


Requirements:

• Degree holder in Biology Science, Bio-medicals Science, Molecular Biology, Bio-technology and Microbiology etc, or Diploma with minimum 5 years related experience.
• Possess organization skill, planning skill, reporting skill, writing skill, presentation skill, communication skill, negotiation skill, analysis skill, problem solving skill.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Possess an analytical and innovative mindset.
• Technical knowledge and sales experience in Molecular Diagnostics will be an added advantage.
• Computer literate especially Microsoft Office.

 


Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining good customer relations and building rapport & support given to all customers.
• Carry out market research, monitor competitors' activities, conduct customer surveys and maximizes all opportunities to achieve sales growth and profit target of products in assigned area.
• Work with team member to prepare forecast, manage inventory and other related business processes.


Requirements:

• Bachelor of Biomedical Science, Life Science, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Medical Lab Technologist, Health care related studies with Clinical background.
• Sales and marketing experience especially in the clinical diagnostics or hospitals working experiences with medical instruments, areas such as microbiology, biochemistry, hematology and blood transfusion will be an added advantage.
• Positive mindset, pleasant personality, independent, proactive and strong human relations skill.
• Able to write and speak English & Bahasa Melayu; Ability to speak other languages and dialects will be an added and dialects will be an added advantage.

• Possess own transport and willing to travel; Allowance is given accordingly.
• Skill or experience of tracking sales and marketing record will be an added advantage.
• Training will be provided.


 

Responsibilities:

• To develop product training and implementation plan – pre – install, go live technical support and follow up training.
• To respond customer’s enquiries from customers and provide technical support and feedback on any problems encountered by users.
• To review processes, identify and resolve service gaps through constructive feedback and implement process improvements, where appropriate.
• To plan, organize and conduct product’s courses, seminars, workshops and events to customers, when necessary.
• To work closely with sales team to meet the demonstration commitments.
• To responsible for promotion and detailing activities to healthcare professionals.
• To assist in developing and planning of Sales & Marketing related activities.
• To maintain an in-depth and current knowledge of the users’ application needs.
• To prepare weekly and monthly application support activities reports.
• To comply with ISO & GDPMD integrated management system requirements.


Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree Bio-Sciences or Biomedical Sciences, Medical Lab Technologist (MLT) or equivalent.
• 1-2 years experience in biomedical research, MLT will be an added advantage.
• Effective communication skill to clearly articulate technical & product information to both internal & external customers.
• Responsible, independent, well organized and good team member.
• Positive mindset, pleasant personality, independent, proactive and strong human relations skill.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel; Allowance is given accordingly.
• Skill or experience of presentation and deliver training to customers will be added advantage.
• Training will be provided.
